Our firm assists clients in the registration of trademarks, patents and copyrights.  We also represent clients in contentious matters such as trademark, patent and copyright infringement, as well as actions against counterfeit goods producers.  Additionally, we assist clients with licensing and technology transfer matters.  Attorney Thomas J. Treutler was named a Leading Practitioner in Vietnam in the area of intellectual property by Chambers U.K. for the year 2008. Mr. Treutler is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and regularly assists the government of Vietnam in law building activities as it develops its intellectual property regime.  Mr. Treutler has more than 10 years of experience in Vietnam, and previously worked in patent preparation and prosecution in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley.
