Program Focuses on Post-WTO Accession Issues
9 May 2008 -- In order to implement the Government's Resolution on the Post-WTO Accession Action Plan, the Ministry of Trade has commission 12 experts in various financial and legal fields to assess and prepare reports on Vietnam's WTO compliance and the economic impacts of WTO accession.  The reports will suggest concrete steps to assist Vietnam in regard to competitiveness and poverty alleviation.  Attorney Thomas J. Treutler was selected to complete the Beyond WTO Report on Intellectual Property.
